The Photline NIR-MX-LN series are an intensity modulator especially designed for operation in the 1000 nm wavelength band. This Mach-Zehnder modulator offers engineers working in the 1000 nm the intrinsic and unparalleled benefits of LiNbO 3 external modulation: high bandwidth, high contrast up to 30 dB and beyond, ease of use. Thanks to iXBlue. The Photline DR-PL-20-MO driver is optimized for low and high Pulse Repetition Frequency (PRF) signals from 10 Hz to 1 GHz. The bandwidth up to 20 GHz accommodates 50 ps narrow pulse width with short rise and fall time (down to 30 ps) and can withstand longer pulses up to 10 ns. 10Gbps Optical Modulator Driver, Photline DR-DG-10-HO, Single Input RF Amplifier. The DR-DG-10-HO is a driver module optimized for digital applications requiring an upper operation voltage at 12.5Gbps. It exhibits 12.5Vpp output voltage and 35dB gain up to 7GHz. The Photline MPX-LN and MPZ-LN series make up the most comprehensive range of electro-optic phase modulators available on the market for the 1550 nm wavelength band.

  • The MPZ-LN series are ideally suited for high bandwidth operation at 10 GHz, 20 GHz and up to 40 GHz.
